Responsibilities:

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the front of the house, providing professional leadership and direction to dining room personnel. The Restaurant Supervisor reports to the Director, Food & Beverage.

Hires and trains employees, under general direction of the Director
Works with Director to create weekly menus based on resident feedback
Provides suggestions and implements ideas on improving the efficiency of service
Maintains and manages the point of sale system
Oversees front of the house labor and food presentation
Ensures passing scores in state, local and 3rd party sanitation audits and inspections

Comfortable with technology
Ability to build relationships with all customers we serve and outside vendors

Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent
College or culinary training preferred, or extensive front of the house experience
