Job Description

This job oversees the day-to-day operations of the discount coordinator team, ensuring the accuracy of customer discounts and rebates.

Esstional Functions:

Supervise and provide daily oversight of the discount coordinator team; select, coach, train, and develop direct reports, to include appraising job performance and conducting performance reviews

Ensure customer pricing and discounts are accurately implemented across several different platforms

Review and ensure completion of key credit department reports and reconciliations

Collaborate with sales, IT, wholesale, freight-only and finance team members to coordinate efforts, streamline processes and improve Guest experience

Support relationships with key billing services; resolve escalated problems with billing services when they occur

Review and approve manual rebates and back pays; collaborate with audit and compliance departments to ensure compliance

Provide guidance and input for development of credit-related software to ensure all stakeholders' needs are met; manage new and existing data within systems

Model behaviors that support the company's common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level

Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

Complete other duties as assigned
