Supervisor

The Legacy at Southpointe, a community of Navion Senior Living, is seeking a Certified Medication Aide for medication administration-related and supervisor-in-charge (SIC). At Navion, our Certified Medication Aides are responsible for delivering high quality medication administration and resident care oversight in a high-quality, cutting edge Assisted Living and Memory Care Community.

Shift 7p to 7a.

Requirements

Must be 21 years or older.

Must complete Supervisor-in-Charge application.

High School diploma or related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Must have current CNA certification or completed PCA training.

Must be familiar with state regulations and willing to work with state inspections in the survey/monitoring process.

On an annual basis, must complete 12 hours of continuing education credits related to the management of Assisted Living homes and care of geriatric and disabled residents.

Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary care setting with residents, families and staff members.

Ability to work in an environment conducive to caring for seniors.

Ability to work well with others and promote a team environment.
