We are a residential treatment program for youth with trauma related complex behaviors, currently hiring a Supervisor for the Overnight Awake shift. Full-time 4-day work week. 11p-9a Wed. to Sat. Stetson School, an affiliate of the Seven Hills Foundation is hiring a Supervisor for Overnight to: Supervise, lead and guide direct care staff working with students in our program. Be a part of a therapeutic team that supports student's development through individualized treatment goals. Use treatment goals to provide a pathway for learning healthy life skills while supporting the progression of normative child and adolescent development. They also receive program-specific training at the worksite.
