Overview Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor for the Arcadia Urgent Care to oversee the daily operations of Ambulatory. This role entails performance management, scheduling oversight, maintaining phone etiquette, ensuring excellent customer service, supply ordering, and addressing billing inquiries. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of insurance processes and eligibility verification. Position works closely with the office manager, oversees ACRs and Financial Counselors, coordinates personnel administration, provides administrative support to the faculty and administrative leadership, assists with fellowship/ACGME/academic affairs requirements, and has fluid understanding of CHLA based systems and platforms and overall Division revenue cycle. Key qualifications: Proficient in multitasking with comprehensive insurance plan knowledge Demonstrated ability to lead change and adapt to evolving situations Experience in administrative duties such as scheduling, customer service, supply management, and personnel oversight Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency Familiarity with insurance procedures and eligibility requirements Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 5+ years' experience in administrative/secretarial jobs in a medical/clinic setting, including at least 1+ year in a lead/supervising capacity. Education/Licensure/Certification: Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Business Administration or similar discipline preferred or equivalent experience preferred. Pay Scale Information $52,208.00-$90,178.00 CHLA values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization. Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
