Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Superintendent for our Healthcare Construction division in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in healthcare construction and must possess a strong skillset in superintendent, healthcare, hospital, remodel, construction renovations, ground up, addition, expansion, MOB, and medical.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of healthcare construction projects, including ground-up, remodels, additions, and expansions of hospitals, medical offices, and other healthcare facilities.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage and coordinate all subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure that they meet project specifications and deliverables.
  • Communicate regularly with project owners, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project goals and objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and other project-related documentation.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed on all job sites.
  • Perform regular site inspections to ensure that all work is being completed to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of eight years of experience in healthcare construction, with a strong skillset in superintendent, healthcare, hospital, remodel, construction renovations, ground up, addition, expansion, MOB, and medical.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with project owners, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Experience with project management software and tools, such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
