A bit about us:

We are an established general contractor in the Greater Minneapolis Construction Market. We are currently doing work at the Airport and need a Superintendent who is comfortable working night shift 9pm - 5am. After this projects completion you will be on a regular day schedule. We pride ourselves on our commitment to valuing the relationships we mold with our clients and customers. We have built a wide range of projects throughout our history, but our main focus has been on Mixed-use, Office and Education.

Job Details

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction superintendent role or similar.
2. Proven experience in subcontractor management, blueprint reading, contract management, scheduling, quality control, and safety management.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and issues promptly and effectively.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
6. Proficient in construction software programs.
7. A thorough understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
8. Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
9. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
10. Relevant certifications such as OSHA training, First Aid/CPR, and a valid driver's license are advantageous.
