Job Description
Associate level responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Create, maintain, and analyze financial models and databases.
Reviewing estimates & cost reports
Preparing project status presentations & update reports
Analysis of complex commercial construction project schedules
Review and analyze project cost control documents
Compile detailed research, fact finding, and analysis
Damages quantification
Perform quality control review and proper documentation of work product
