A services company in New Jersey is looking to fill an immediate need with the addition of a new SuccessFactors Consultant - Compensation Module Specialist to their team.

This is a remote opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work a part time schedule.

The SuccessFactors Consultant will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the SuccessFactors Compensation module. They will work closely with HR teams to ensure that the compensation processes are aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Implement and configure the SuccessFactors Compensation module according to business requirements.

  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to integrate the compensation module with other systems.

  • Provide training and support to end-users on the Compensation module.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the compensation system.

  • Stay updated with the latest updates and enhancements in SuccessFactors and advise on best practices.

  • Assist in the development of compensation strategies and plans.

  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to the compensation module and provide solutions.

  • Document all configurations and changes made to the system.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience with SuccessFactors, specifically the Compensation module.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

  • SuccessFactors certification in the Compensation module.

  • Experience in project management and HR consulting.
