POSITION: School Nurse Substitute

REQUIREMENTS: Registered Nurse

AVAILABILITY: Available to sub in any of the district schools as needed.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE: Submit online application

School nurse's duties to be performed on an intermittent as needed basis include, but are not limited to:

• School vision and hearing screenings
• Maintenance of health records
• Implementing the District's medication policies
• Implementing the Illinois Department of Public Health guidelines
• Daily care of student's health needs

Training school teams for the purpose of supporting a student's education relevant to health issues.

Qualifications:
Registered Nurse with current license for practice in the state of Illinois
