Substitute Preschool Teacher

Please provide proof of the following immunizations to be eligible:
• TDAP
• MMR (measles/mumps/rubella)
• Flu Shot (a letter of exemption is acceptable) Other (Immunizations) OR Other (Immunizations) 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit OR Multiple Subject Teaching Credential - General Subjects OR Other (Temporary County Certificate) OR Single Subject Teaching Credential - Other (All subjects) Comments and Other Information A pre-employment physical examination will be a prerequisite for substitute employment. All expenses incurred will be paid for by the school district. DOJ and FBI clearance through the Santee School District livescan process will be required.
