View Job Description Requirements / Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent AND: Paid experience in food preparation preferred. Knowledge of quantity food preparation. Operation of food service equipment and principles. Practices of sanitation and safety related to food service. Two (2) recent letters of reference.
