Substance Abuse Assistant Coordinator

DUTIES Facilitates groups and "one on one" counseling sessions. Provides case management services to clients. Obtains comprehensive psycho-social histories using a team approach. Formulates treatment and discharge plans. Maintains case management files, statistical information and client records. Provides crisis intervention and supportive counseling to program clients. Monitors client adherence to treatment program rules and regulations. Assists staff in the management of environment and guest safety. Attends assigned meetings and trainings. Performs other duties as required.
