Job Summary: Dine Source is looking for a ServiceNow Consultant to join our company. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Implement/configure ServiceNow modules for SAF/MG client. Modules include SPM and IRM (optional). Be able to understand client requirements and craft solutions with OOB ServiceNow solutions and determine when a custom approach is necessary. Working with clients on training and education on the ServiceNow platform. This may require developing training work sessions to better prepare the client for the transition to using ServiceNow. Day-to-day maintenance/administration of the ServiceNow platform. This could include managing permissions, Single Sign-On configurations, groups, adjustments to forms/tables, managing a service catalog and portal, transitioning users to Next Experience in ServiceNow, and managing upgrades/patches/cases in a SaaS environment, review update sets from other teams that have a hosted application on the platform, managing ACLs on the platform, ability to maintain custom widgets (JavaScript/AngularJS). Build ServiceNow solutions within our innovation's lab to as part of demonstrations to show our capabilities to possible future clients Guide client on SPM current/future functionality and securing/hardening ServiceNow platform. Familiar with agile and using JIRA to track tasks in a Kanban board. Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience): Experience with ServiceNow in an administrator role and knowledge on SPM module Can develop ServiceNow Flow Designer flows Knows JavaScript/AngularJS Familiar with ServiceNow business rules and events Know Service Portal and how to write/modify custom widgets Understands the "dot walk" term in ServiceNow Can create a custom table in ServiceNow and apply ACL (Access Control) Written and Oral communication Self-starter, work independently and within teams Active Secret Clearance
