Job Description 40% - Data Collection Practices Set up and administer all procedures for neuromuscular data collection. Clean and verify validity of collected data. Communicate with the KU and Wispr teams. 25% - Participant Recruitment and Scheduling Schedule research participants 15% - Quality Assurance and Data Validity Checks 15% - Contact and Conduct Intake Screening for Data Collection Participants Required Qualifications 1. Ongoing bachelor's degree in: Speech-Language-Hearing, Psychology, Neuroscience, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 2. Familiarity with biophysiological data collection practices 3. Good interpersonal skills for communicating with lab personnel and study participants. 4. During the semester term of the appointment, the student hourly must be enrolled in no fewer than 6 credit hours. For summer periods the student hourly must: 1) have been enrolled in no less than 6 hours in the past spring semester or 2) be pre-enrolled in upcoming fall semester in no less than 6 hours or 3) be enrolled in summer session or 4) be admitted to study in the upcoming fall semester. Student Hourlies may be undergraduate or graduate students. (Exceptions granted for GRA/GTA/GA appointments DO NOT apply to Student Hourly appointments).
