We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Structural Project Engineer to join our team. This role is critical in managing and executing structural engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the structural integrity of our projects, from inception to completion. This role involves working closely with architects, construction project managers, and other engineering professionals to create safe, functional, and innovative structures. Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Participate in all stages of project development, including conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documentation and administration.
2. Perform structural analysis and design of complex structures using appropriate software.
3. Prepare and review structural engineering drawings and specifications.
4. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and architects to ensure a smooth integration of the structural design with other aspects of the project.
5. Conduct site visits to assess the condition of structures and provide recommendations for improvements.
6. Apply knowledge of seismic codes and seismic design in the development of project designs.
7. Perform quality control reviews of structural designs developed by other engineers.
8. Participate in project meetings, providing updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.
9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current industry practices, codes, and regulations.
10. Collaborate with the project team to ensure that project objectives, including safety, functionality, quality, and sustainability, are achieved.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field is required. A Master's degree in Structural Engineering is preferred.
2. Minimum of 2-5+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on building design.
3. Professional Engineer (PE) license or Structural Engineer (SE) license is preferred but not required.
4. Proficient in the use of structural analysis and design software.
5. Strong understanding of seismic codes and seismic design principles.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
7. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
8. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex engineering concepts to non-engineers.
9. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce high-quality work under pressure.
10. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
