Strategic Planner with Security Clearance

Job Title: Strategic Planner (Senior) Location: Ft. Belvoir, VA, on-site Clearance: Active Secret Job Description: Coordinate and monitor all aspects of strategic planning and communication activities. Plan and document the Program's strategic and long-range goals and advise on strategic messaging and communications. Conduct outreach sessions with Biometrics and Forensics stakeholders. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in support of strategic communications. Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes that would affect the PdM's mission and provide insight into significant organizational changes. About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline
• Ten (10) years of relevant experience in strategic planning
• DAWIA Practitioner Level Certification in Program Management
• Experience in strategic / futures planning to include experience with DoD Acquisition programs and Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) processes and DoD long range planning.
• Must demonstrate strong communication capabilities in all areas to include oral and written formats.
• Experience within the DoD Biometrics community or Interagency Biometrics stakeholders is preferred. Equal Opportunities Employer
