Overall Responsibilities:

The role will be responsible for picking up the top in-flight partner initiatives and also managing the xPA partnerships for several critical healthcare partners.

Top-to-Top Engagement:

The xGPM bungee resource will be responsible for owning the successful preparation, day of, and follow ups for high-impact CEO and CxO meetings, including. The current xGPM has already done significant work to plan for successful meetings, so your role will be to pick up where they left off for briefing, content, partner alignment, etc:

Preparing the agenda, ensuring alignment with xPA leads (Ads, Cloud, Research/HealthAI, etc) and the partner

Building out the T2T briefing docs, including partner & Client objectives, speaking notes, etc, and briefing senior executives

Building out the xClient content (exec level narrative, slides, etc), including working with the Client to deliver their content

Ensuring the Client show up as "OneClient" to the partner, presenting a holistic enterprise vision to the partner

Leading post-summit follow ups, including capturing action items, debriefing exec attendees and the xPA teams supporting the partners, and leading project management

AI Activation:

One of our top priorities this year is to seize the AI moments by driving xPA AI adoption and shaping CxO perspectives.

You'll play a critical role in building out AI engagement plans to land xClient strategies in one of the top industries for AI transformation:

Define key use cases, solutions, and opportunity sizing for key prospects in Health

Work with xPA stakeholders (Ads, Cloud, Research / HealthAI, etc) to distill a clear, aligned strategy

Priority Partner Coverage: A core part of the xGPM role is bringing the best of Client to our partners and influencing the right internal stakeholders towards a clear xClient strategy. You will take over as xGPM for several partners and internal initiatives, including:

Develop deep understanding of partner's strategy and map partner business priorities to Client product areas, identifying forward-looking opportunities.

Build relationship with partner contact to develop deep understanding of partner priorities and execute strategies that strengthen the holistic partnership

Lead all cross-Client partnership operations for partners (e.g., executive briefings, reporting, comms)

Contribute to xPA deal efforts including xPA proposal narratives, and xPA deal incubation in support of enabling creative dealmaking

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, Strategy & Operations, or other relevant fields. Previous experience in strategic partnerships a plus

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
