Job Purpose: This role oversees execution and socialization of companywide strategic plans and ensures key projects in the Revenue & Strategy organization are supported from identification and prioritization through completion and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop proficiency in, and serve as an internal resource for, the technology and tools used to operationalize strategic processes; e.g., LaserFiche, SharePoint, Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) tools.
- Manage and continuously improve the quarterly Strategic Rocks Planning and Completion process; hold Rock Owners and Supervisors accountable to processes and timelines.
- Build and grow cross-functional relationships across Lucas Oil departments and develop an understanding of key initiatives and goals to identify and communicate codependences during the Rock Planning Process.
- Maintain a Rocks status report and identify opportunities to provide ad hoc support to Rock Owners.
- Assist the Chief Revenue & Strategy Officer (CRSO) in the controlled rollout of Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), and other strategic tools as applicable.
- Develop, track, and report on Corporate Strategy KPIs to enhance operational efficiency and inform decision-making.
- Serve as project manager for key projects in the Revenue & Strategy organization.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to learn and master the technology and tools adopted for the execution of corporate strategy (e.g., EOS) and provide internal training as applicable.
Professional Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or a related field.
- Familiarity with, or willingness to learn and execute Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) tools.
- Proven experience in project management, from project prioritization, scoping, scheduling, and documentation to tracking and reporting key project performance indicators.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong grasp of project tracking technologies and a track record of establishing and achieving measurable goals and KPIs.
- Ability to develop and execute workflow processes.

Education/Certifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- PMP (or similar) certification a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Willing to travel up to 10%.
