Job Description:

Provide program management for a series of change efforts.

Bachelor Degree: (Required, Preferred or Not Required)

Role Responsibilities: (what they will be doing)

The program manager will build strategies and define scope, identify, and handle multi-functional interdependencies, identify and coordinate the creation of vital program documentation to ensure alignment; develop overall program plan, lead all aspects of successful execution, and track program status and provide updates to the ET leadership.

The role will partner and collaborate with enterprise IT groups and other business functions to identify and address interdependencies between the teams, to ensure workstreams deliver per plan and proactively identify and engage partners.

Strong interdependent partnering and communication skills are required to collaborate with many partners outside of ET.

Manages the most complex programs in support of a line of business at the corporate level and/or enterprise functional level.

Coordinates with business operations executives to develop LOB strategies in alignment with enterprise strategies.

Maintains strong knowledge of the industry and new technologies to ensure that strategies effectively positions client competitively.

Exercises logical and timely decision making skill when issues arise or when competing priorities must be managed.

Collaborates with other program managers and business executive to prioritize initiatives.

Communicates industry and technology trends to peers and staff.

Manages business, finance, planning, forecasting and resource requirements using PMI process methodologies.

Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Vendor should not submit any candidate that does not have these skills/prior experience.)

Bachelor's degree and twelve years of experience in IT or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

Experience leading compliance/risk related initiatives within financial institutions.

Meeting management, conflict management, and presentation skills.

Ability to plan effectively.

Ability to manage client expectations and relationship in a way that results in an effective team environment.

Deep specialized and/or broad functional knowledge of portfolio management.

Ability to solve unique and highly complex technical, operational, and organizational problems

Ability to lead and manage the performance of multiple teams against a set of financial and operational objectives.

Sophisticated analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical and business problems.

Ability to influence others at senior levels to adopt a new perspective.

Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and implement significant programs addressing the most complex, highest impact projects within a line of business at the corporate level or an enterprise function.

Demonstrated superior understanding of business organization, resources, priorities, needs and policies.

Demonstrated expertise in planning and conducting difficult negotiations. Demonstrated skill in working with executive management in developing short and long term strategies.

Strong skill and ability to make decisions and prioritize competing initiatives.

Demonstrated entrepreneurial capabilities.

Demonstrated ability to direct the most significant impact, corporate initiatives that impact multiple lines of business or the entire enterprise.

Expert knowledge of the PMI Process Groups, initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing.

Deep understanding of business units mission and processes.

Superior working knowledge of business matters, finance, planning, forecasting in order to manage program and business issues.

In depth knowledge of management and planning systems theory and practical application to complex, enterprise initiatives.

PMP Certified.

Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences :( Hiring Manager DOES NOT require these skills/ prior experience. However candidates with any of these will be looked at first.)

Master's degree or MBA and twelve years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience, including five years of management experience.

Two years of acquisition and mergers experience.
