Job Details- 2+ years as a retail store manager
- Experience planning and preparing work schedules.
- Recruiting and interviewing employees
- Experience formulating pricing policies on merchandise
- Supervising employees in sales work, taking inventories, reconciling cash with sales receipts, keeping operating records, etc.
- Make sure store is neat at all times.
