Job Title: Convenience Store Manager Trainee
Work Schedule: Full Time, (50 hours) - Including open availability on nights & weekends.
Required to work a minimum of one weekend (Saturday & Sunday) per month, and a minimum of one (1) night shift per month

you will have the opportunity to positively impact our growing business by participating in all aspects of the job. As a Manager Trainee, you will not be stuck doing one task, some responsibilities may include:
- Assisting the Store Manager with:
- Recruiting and training store staff
- Meeting and/or exceeding performance and profit goals by executing sales strategies
- Analyzing daily sales and expense information
- Maintaining store and property conditions
- Managing all aspects of the store operations such as scheduling and reporting
- Operating the cash register in a fun and efficient manner
- Assisting our customers with a smile, quick service, and a pleasant conversation
- Keeping our coolers, shelves, counters, and sales area displays stocked so every customer finds their favorite product
- Guiding Team Members through a variety of duties
Requirements
- Passion for people
- Ability to stand, bend, or crouch for extended periods of time
- Able to work in hot storage areas and cold coolers
- Ability to lift and move at least fifty (50) pounds
- Excellent communication and English skills
- Valid driver's license and transportation required
- Ability to travel to others stores as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
For this position, a minimum of 1-3 years of Store Manager experience in the convenience store industry is preferred. Our Store Managers put customer service first. They are self-motivated, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, and work as a team to accomplish goals.
