Up to $5,000.00 in incentives for eligible candidates. Summary Responsible for inspecting, disinfecting, assembling, processing and distributing patient care instruments, equipment and supplies in accordance with established policies, procedures and AAMI standards. Acts as a role model and resource to peers and other members of the health care team related to processing of equipment, instruments, and supplies. Stores, rotates and ensures all instruments and supplies are correctly labeled. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or equivalent 3 years of relevant experience sterile processing technician experience or related sterile processing Preferred CRT-Certified Sterile Processing Distribution Tech (CSPDT) - CBSPD Certification Board for Sterile Processing & Distribution Upon Hire required Or CRT-Registered Central Services Technician, Certified (CRCST) - IAHCSMM International Association of Healthcare Central Service Material Management Upon Hire required And CRT-At least one License and/or Certification in area of specialty - UNKNOWN Unknown Certified Instrument Specialist (CIS)Certified Endoscope Reprocessor (CER)Certified Healthcare Leader (CHL) Flexible Endoscope Reprocessor (CFER) Certified in Sterile Processing Management (CSPM) 1 1/2 Yrs required Primary Location SITE - Lakeland Hospital St Joseph - 1234 Napier Ave - St Joseph Department Name Sterile Processing - St Joseph Employment Type Full time Shift Night (United States of America) Weekly Scheduled Hours 40 Hours of Work 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Days Worked Monday to Friday Weekend Frequency Variable weekends CURRENT COREWELL HEALTH TEAM MEMBERS - Please apply through Find Jobs from your Workday team member account.
