We seek exceptionalU.S. Military veteransfrom a combat MOS background to serve as Static High Threat Security Officers. This position is for 1099 contract employment in a high-risk environment for a prestigious and highly selective U.S. Government customer. Selected candidates will provide static security solutions for assignments in sensitive, dynamic, high-threat OCONUS locations. As a Static High Threat Security Consultant (1099), you will provide expertise and support to PGI and our U.S. Government clients by providing operational advice or assistance supporting organizations in expeditionary environments. The Static High Threat Security Consultant will be responsible for the following: Provide static security in OCONUS high-threat environments; location(s) to be determined at the employer's discretion.
Serve as access control and physical security protection officer, providing facilities with external and internal perimeter security.
Use various equipment and technology-based search methods to conduct vehicle and personnel searches.
Maintain a high level of proficiency with all Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures associated with the position.
Maintain a professional demeanor, appearance, and attitude.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship
Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's License and U.S. Tourist Passport
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants must possess at least four years of U.S. Military active service within a Combat Military Occupational Specialty (MOS).
Applicants must provide DD-214 (Member 4 or Service 2) covering all active service periods.
High Level of proficiency with M4 rifle and Glock 9mm pistol
Must be willing to deploy to austere locations for 60 - 90 days and willing to work seven days per week.
Required Security Clearance: Applicants must possess an Active Secret Clearance. (Top Secret Desired).
Technical Requirements: All candidates MUST pass pre-deployment medical screening, including a mandatory Physical Fitness Readiness test.
All candidates MUST successfully pass a government-sponsored vetting course.
