Duties:
- Performs activities related to the nursing care needs of residents.
- Maintains effective communication with residents, families, staff, and physicians.
- Documents in accordance with nursing policies and procedures.
- Responds to resident needs with appropriate interventions.
- Performs activities related to medications and treatments in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Current certificate for STNA in the state of employment
- Experience working in senior care, nursing homes, or rehabilitation preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Salary: $18 to $22 per hour
