Responsibilities:
- Lead the firm's reporting efforts to fulfill sustainability-related disclosure frameworks and external commitments.
- Support initiatives to meet ESG-related regulatory obligations across various jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage key stakeholders to drive ESG priorities.
- Act as a centralized ESG resource for colleagues within the Investments team.
- Assist in developing and implementing ESG policies, procedures, and business controls.
- Monitor and summarize ESG market, regulatory, and industry developments.
- Contribute to ongoing tasks and special projects related to the firm's obligations and commitments as needs evolve.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5-7 years of experience in financial services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience working for an asset manager and/or ESG-related organization.
- Academic or professional background in ESG-related topics such as climate change and the environment preferred.
- Knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks such as Principles for Responsible Investment preferred.
