Stamping Machine Operator

Cardinal Staffing Services, is hiring for Machine Operators in Sterling Heights, MI. As a Machine Operator for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will work in a fast-paced automotive stamping facility in all areas including:

Manufacturing of automotive parts
Keeping pace with production needs
Machine operation and assembly work
Heat treating, measuring, and packing
Quality Inspection
Willingness to be cross trained on various processes, machines, and products

Experience in an automotive manufacturing environment is required. This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members. All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation of $17.00-$17.85 per hour. Generous referral and attendance bonuses are available.

Available shifts:

1st shift (5am-3:30pm)

2nd shift (4pm-2:30am)

Overtime is available weekly.
