Staffing Specialist with Security Clearance

Title Staffing Specialist Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Description RiVidium Inc, (dba TripleCyber), is seeking a Staffing Specialist to assist in carrying out duties for Human Resources Department. Responsibilites for this position shall include, but are not limited to: Create and post vacancy announcements. Develops crediting plans. Rate and rank applications or take other actions that address the filling of positions from either internal or external sources. Applies skills and knowledge of Federal HR to administer HR processes in staffing. Provides HR process services and interacts with clients to provide HR advisory assistance with Federal HR policy and operations. Perform job analysis. Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral.Requirements for this position include: BA/BS required. 3+ years' experience providing advisory services and guidance to managers and senior leaders on the full range of human resources recruitment and staffing activities in the competitive and excepted services providing consultation on benefits and pay setting rules and regulations. Experience providing advisory services and guidance to managers and senior leaders on the manpower allocation processes; manpower readiness and force management; automated data processing system operations and utilization; and organization structures, missions, and analysis. An additional three years of directly related Federal staffing or similar experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree.
