Job Title- SharePoint Engineer/Administrator

Location- Tallahassee. FL (Florida Division of Emergency Management)

Contract duration- 1 year.

Job Summary:

The SharePoint engineer provides periodic maintenance and support of the existing SharePoint infrastructure, ensuring security and availability. This position will work closely with other IT groups to ensure the integration of the SharePoint infrastructure. This position will be responsible for system tuning, optimization of information/data processing, maintenance and support of the production SharePoint environments, including monthly patching, system monitoring, and server maintenance. This position will also be responsible for building a new SharePoint Subscription Edition farm, and the migration of the current environment to the new environment.

Required Skills:

Demonstrated experience building an on-premises SharePoint Subscription Edition farm environment.

Demonstrated experience tuning, optimizing, maintaining, and supporting a SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Subscription Edition production environment is required.

Experience administering a SharePoint 2016 environment compatible with eventual migration to SharePoint Subscription Edition is preferable.

Experience migrating from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Subscription Edition is preferable.

Experience maintaining Nintex configurations in SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Subscription Edition preferable.
