Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant plays an integral role in preserving the financial credibility of the Company through the completion of the day-to-day accounting activities while maintaining a high rate of accuracy and vendor satisfaction through professional quality service.

Responsibilities

Manage the month end journal entries
Manage the monthly balance sheet reconciliation process
Work with the Controller to establish proper accounting processes and documentation around monthly journal entries
Assist the Controller with month end closing process
Develop financial/operational reports in accounting system to help with reconciliation, month close process, reporting efficiency and analytical works
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in accounting
One (1) - Three (3) years' experience in a Staff Accountant role is preferred
Two years of demonstrated full-cycle accounting experience
Two years of demonstrated experience of accounting principles and GL systems
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience with Sage Intacct or Salesforce is a plus
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to operate most standard office equipment
Excellent telephone and oral communication skills
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
