Staff Accountant - Entry Level

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage expense reporting and credit card procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Perform daily costing activities to support operational efficiency and financial accuracy.
- Assist with month-end close processes, contributing to the timely and accurate completion of financial reporting.
- Maintain fixed assets records and conduct annual audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Recent graduate with internship or co-op experience OR 1+ years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze and manipulate data effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate collaboration and information sharing within the team.
