JOB SUMMARY
The Staff Accountant is an exempt position responsible for processing a variety of accounting transactions to confirm accuracy, proper calculations and amounts, inclusion of appropriate source documentation, proper budget and general ledger coding. Trace discrepancies through source materials, or through communication with originating party to resolve. Provides support to leadership to ensure reconciliations, month end close, budget & audit processes are completed in a timely manner and in compliance with policy.
