What the Staff Accountant will do
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Invoice matching
- Potentially assisting with month end processes
- Filing vendor invoices
- Preparing billing for clients
- Process daily invoices, cutting checks
- Admin Duties: data entry, filing
What the company needs in an Staff Accountant:
- Construction Accounting experience
- Degree not required; Bachelor's or Associates degree is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel
- SAGE100 or Procore experience
