Job Details

Position Overview: Accounts Payable Accountant will support our corporate accounting team and property management affiliates with accurate and timely AP coding and processing

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable coding for revenue, department, source funding, and other factors
• Conversion of coding from affiliates to standardized agency format
• Excel Vlookup and data conversion
• Ensure timely AP processing and approvals
• Review and manage aging report

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years Accounts Payable Experience
• Strong Excel knowledge, Vlookups
• Multi layer AP coding experience

Preferred Experience:

• Non-Profit Industry
• Bachelor's degree
