STAFF ACCOUNTANT
ABOUT THE COMPANY:

OVERVIEW OF THE STAFF ACCOUNTANT ROLE:
- Prepares journal entries & reconciles general ledger & subsidiary accounts.
- Analyzes & reconciles expenditure & revenue accounts.
- Staff Accountant calculates & prepares reimbursement billings & tracks receivables; reconciles monthly accounts receivable.
- Assists with the preparation of the annual & mid-year budgets.
- Staff Accountant assists with the fiscal year-end & fixed asset accounting.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE STAFF ACCOUNTANT ROLE:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- 3-4 years of general accounting experience, or an equivalent combination of education & experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software and comfortable with accounting programs.
- Staff Accountant needs strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
