Office Setup: Hybrid role - minimum 2-3 days in-office per week
Salary: $72K - $85K, plus a tempting 10% bonus potential

Your Role:
As a Staff Accountant, Financial Reporting, reporting to the Director, Financial Reporting, you'll support full-cycle accounting, reporting, and ad-hoc projects. This highly visible role contributes to enhancing financial reporting processes by streamlining information gathering and process documentation.
- Stay updated on new accounting and regulatory developments.
- Collaborate with international teams to ensure compliance with accounting principles.
- Research and analyze complex accounting issues and provide recommendations to management.
Experience They are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience with Big 4 accounting firms, National Accounting Firms, or private industry.
- Experience in real estate or private equity accounting and researching accounting standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- CPA or CPA candidacy (a plus).
- Familiarity with Yardi (beneficial but not mandatory).
