An incident response company is looking to add a Jack-of-all-Trade Technical Lead to their team. This role is remote with occasional onsite client travel needed.
You will be hands on in all things IT infrastructure by supporting project management and acting as the point of contact for escalated technical problems. We are looking for somebody who can manage projects in addition to having a solid expertise in all things Windows, Microsoft, VMware, and networking using Cisco and Juniper. You will be supervising four to five infrastructure technicians and managing various infrastructure projects concurrently. Required Skills & Experience: - Proficiency in network infrastructure technologies
- Hands-on experience with Windows, Microsoft, and Network Technologies (Cisco/Juniper)
- Strong project management skills
- Managing multiple Infrastructure projects

- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
Desired Skills & Experience: - Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with security protocols and best practices
