IC Programmer Analyst.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Install, configure, and maintain cloud-based IC Management (ICM) system.

Design, code, test, modify, update, and maintain efficient department code (Python, SQL, etc.) that supports ICM software and department applications utilized to support or process raw data into required deliverables.

Monitor system performance and take necessary steps to optimize performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ICM integration and functionality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (internal and external) to identify and implement system improvements.

Compile and write documentation of program development and subsequent revisions, inserting comments in the coded instructions so others can understand the program.

Consult with managerial, analysts, and others, as deemed pertinent, personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, and suggest changes.

Provide technical support to end-users.

Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in software development and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and stakeholders.

Confer with users to gain understanding of needed changes or modifications of existing programs.

Resolve questions of program intent, data input, output requirements, and inclusion of internal checks and controls.

Maintain confidentiality with regards to the information being processed, stored, or accessed.

Document programming problems and resolutions for future reference. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree and three to five years of programming.

Prior experience within various IC Management tools (Varicent; Callidus; Xactly), platforms, and languages, including a thorough knowledge of Python, MSSQL 2012 or greater (SSIS and TSQL programming, SSRS),.NET Architectures (VB, ASP, C+, MTS, XML, .NET Frameworks, VB.NET, ADO.NET).

Ability to process computer data to format and generate various reports and analytics.

Ability to implement and troubleshoot programming changes and modifications.

Knowledge of computer flow charts and of programming logic and codes. Knowledge of Incentive Compensation Administration processes, protocols, and configuration.

Ability to document and educate technical and non-technical staff on the IC development processes.

Ability to write technical instructions in the use of programs and/or program modifications.

Ability to investigate and analyze information to draw conclusions.

Ability to learn and support new systems and applications.

Must possess positive, proactive communication/interpersonal skills that work well in a team environment.

Aptitude to identify complex problems and review related information to develop, determine causes of operating errors and evaluate options and implement solutions.

Adept at working on multiple tasks or projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines accordingly.

Flexibility to work independently and collaboratively.

Have a customer-service orientation.

Preferred: Moderate Knowledge of Python, (url removed), Veeva, .NET Architectures (VB, ASP, C+, MTS, XML, .NET Frameworks, VB.NET, ADO.NET, SQL Server).

Strong Reporting Services background.

Advanced knowledge of MSSQL (DTS and TSQL programming, Reporting Services), XML, VBA for Access/ Excel report/tools.
