Sr Systems Programmer Tech/ IT Technician

Client is seeking a Lab Technician to join the team in Parsippany, NJ, offering a hybrid work schedule. This role involves supporting physical and virtual Windows workstations and servers, configuring peripherals such as scanners and printers, installing software, and troubleshooting issues.

Responsibilities:

• Support physical and virtual Windows workstations and servers throughout their lifecycle.
• Configure peripherals such as scanners and printers.
• Install software and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

Requirements:

• 6-8 years supporting Windows client/server environments.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software problems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Windows lab networks.
