Job Number 665543BR Description:Manages ongoing activities of the Army TADSS Maintenance Program (ATMP) at the Joint Readiness Training Center and Fort Polk, Louisiana. TO-05 A-V-over-IP Sr Sys Admin carries out specific directions from the Site Manager and Deputy Site Manager. Manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as the liaison between project management and planning, project team and site management. Responsible for coordinating all maintenance actions required to support the Audio Visual over IP subsystem, including delivering and recovering components to and from rotational training units in the training areas, on-the-spot troubleshooting, and coordinating for other maintenance actions with Operations Group. Oversees the status ATMP efforts that support continuous technical refresh (CTR), manages schedules for material deliveries, ensures accuracy in timeline and material projects, works closely with USG project engineers to provide SME insights to PEO STRI's Delivery Orders. Provides guidance and direction to teammates pursuant to the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Ensures teammates understand how to capture and record metrics in AWARE. Represent the program and Site Manager at various customer meetings as directed. Acts as site POC for all USG projects including: Site assessments, System Acceptance Tests, Government Acceptance Tests, Physical Configuration Audits, etc. Assists management with site metric development, process improvement and communicates direction and program goals to teammates. Monitors and assess project goals and issues, prepares schedules and milestones, submits status reports and recommends solutions for efficiencies as necessary. Develops solutions for productivity, quality and customer satisfaction. Develops mechanisms for monitoring progress across one or more projects and proposes intervention where required.
- Work on-site at Fort Johnson, LA, covering the entire area of responsibility.

Basic Qualifications:
This is a full time, in-person, on-site presence required position
- Must have an active Interim DoD secret security clearance prior to starting this position.
-Must have requisite certificates (e.g. Security+, Computing Environment, others as required) to perform on USG networks and systems
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required to support the mission
- Demonstrated Network Operations and System Administration skills
-2+ years of experience working with Army Training Aids and Devices including MILES, Aviation TES, Improved Target Acquisition Systems, I-TADDS.
- Experience working on, with and for subcontracts
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
US Citizenship is required.

- 2+ years of experience at a US Army Combat Training Center
- 3+ years of experience working on DoD contracts
