PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Mentor software engineers to allow for skill/knowledge development through advice, coaching, and training opportunities Responsible for ensuring software design documentation and architectural diagrams are developed and updated throughout project lifecycle in accordance with contract requirements Coordinate with division-level software leadership, program management, and product owners to ensure software meets contractual requirements Ensure software team adheres to coding standards and is thoroughly tested prior to pull request approval Develop software project-level testing strategy and coordinate with testing team to develop test plans Ensure software team adheres to strict testing requirements
