Job Summary Functions as lead sales resource to identify, prospect, and secure new pass partners in support of revenue goals. Creates, maintains, and executes five year sales plan. Participates in pass program administration. Provides support to our partners and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction. Assists with implementing technology initiatives and tools. Coordinates implementation and integration of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. Partners with other UTA departments to create and implement sales strategies that support revenue goals. Minimum Qualifications EDUCATION/TRAINING: Bachelors degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field. Must be a safe driver with no more than 4 moving violations in the past 3 years. Cannot have more than 2 violations of driving under the influence of alcohol, any drug, or the combined influence of any alcohol or any drug within the last 10 years. EXPERIENCE: Five years previous work experience in marketing and/or sales, preferably of a public service or services Knowledge: - Proven experience in developing sales strategies, conducting cold calls, and making sales presentations Skills: - Self-motivated individual who exhibits sense of urgency in all sales and account service related activity - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain key relationships in the community - Intermediate proficiency preferred in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Collaborative, confident, trustworthy, and outgoing team player - Excellent time management skills and organization Ability to: - Establish and build relationships quickly with new partners and within current partner accounts - Understand diverse information and make recommendations from data - Identify and resolve problems timely This job requires regular and predictable attendance. - OR - An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
