Leidos is hiring multiple Sr Systems Engineers in the Ft. Meade area, MD. All opportunities require an active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Program Summary
Leidos is a preferred subcontractor on a large, multi-year contract that develops, integrates deploys, and sustains large collection systems.
Significant requirements include Mission Management, Operations, and Sustainment activities. The team will provide 24x7x365 support to multiple Operations Teams and will feature 1st/2nd/3rd Party Partner Engagement.
Job Summary
The System Engineer applies engineering principles throughout a system's life cycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement.
Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated issues.
Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
Enjoys responsibility for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed.
Performing architecture modernization/evolution as well as integration, test, and deployment, and are working with LINUX, REDHAWK, Docker/Kubernetes, Python, Java, Angula, Ansible Git
The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive RF background and be willing to travel.

Pay Range: Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00
