Sr Retail Program Manager

TOP Consulting is hiring a Senior Program. Individual will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all phases of the project life cycle, including requirements gathering and analysis, budgeting and planning, and developing a deployment roadmap. This position will be data migration from on premise system to the cloud. Position involves broad interaction with different functional areas and information technology. This position will be responsible for the use of best practices in Project Management methodologies and overseeing Project Managers.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience in managing large and complex programs involving multiple projects and oversight of multiple resources
• Experience with development and reporting of project status, issues and project financial analysis
• Ability to hold team members accountable, set clear performance standards, resolve performance issues, keep team engaged and on task
• Can be a leader, manager and hold other Project Managers accountable.
• Strong data analysis and problem solving skills
• Excellent organization, communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Escalate issues when necessary
• Provide status updates as warranted, once per week minimum
• Present project status updates to IT Executive Steering Committee as requested
• Dedicated to exemplary customer service
• Experience moving data migrations on premise to the cloud.
• Experience in the retail industry

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years' experience in Program Management
• Experience in the retail industry
• Experience developing detailed program Roadmaps
• Experience working in Agile environment
• Experience with JIRA
• Preferred experience with Oracle Retail Merchandising Cloud Services
• PMP Certification
• 4 year degree required - Masters preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be a flexible and forward thinking
