Your Job Koch Global Services seeks a contribution motivated and collaborative Sr. Research Analyst to fuel strategic growth with expert talent research and strengthen our data models to deliver key insights for business decisions. What You Will Do Provide consultative talent research solutions by conducting comprehensive and targeted talent research, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, both external and internal. Validate research hypotheses, extract insights, and synthesize findings to assess opportunities, benchmark peers, and provide strategic recommendations for business growth. Independently manage all aspects of projects, ensuring adherence to project scope and estimates, and meet deadlines by demonstrating a high level of ownership, accountability, and productivity. Expand and enhance the robustness of current talent data models by building new custom data functionality using Python, SQL, and R. Manage project results following best practices in project and time management, while adhering to quality guidelines. Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor for clients and stakeholders. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Knowledge of standard statistical labor market/economic research techniques and terminology. Experience with and knowledge of labor market/economic source data for major global economies. Strong analytical, statistical, and quantitative skills, critical thinking, academic or external research synthesis, and the ability to translate into actionable insights. Proficiency with PowerPoint (pitch decks) and Excel (V look up, pivot tables, advanced formulas) data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, etc.), and experience using research databases. A scientific-method and a human-centric approach to problem-solving. What Will Put You Ahead Strong knowledge and experience in research tools and methodologies/research techniques in the labor/talent research domain (e.g., in-depth talent analysis on supply, demand, compensation & benefits, location, labor market trends, macro and micro-economic factors - labor force participation, migration). Experience using labor-specific research databases such as Census Bureau, BLS, Gartner Talent Neuron, Mercer, Radford, Naukri, Indeed Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, etc. Proficiency with visual basic.
