Title: Sr. Project/Program Manager
Location: Hybrid Edison and Newark, NJ
We are looking for a Sr. Project/Program Manager to manage projects in the four workstreams shown above. The ideal candidate should be detail oriented with Corrective Action Program and/or Human Performance Program experience. Needs to be is a highly collaborative person, working closely with IT and Business stakeholders of the Program.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation of Corrective Action and Human Performance Programs. Also, manage the development of policies and procedures for these programs.
- Manage the supplier vendor management program including metrics and performance scorecards.
- Project Management includes budget management, resource allocation, kick off meetings, project planning, project execution and control, communication, risk analysis, quality assurance, team and vendor management, and project implementation.
- Lead design workshops, assessments, and troubleshooting sessions.
- Perform actual vs. planned analysis at the project level and forecast cost of the project.
- Develop project plans/scope/schedule and track progress, milestones, and deliverables.
- Facilitate and attend meetings with various technical and non-technical resources to capture project requirements, identify project milestones, communicate project timelines, track action items, and monitor project status.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
Requirements:
- Must have experience managing Corrective Action and/or Human Performance Programs.
- Must have experience managing development of procedures and policies.
- Must have experience developing performance scorecards
- Must have hands-on experience developing resource loaded schedules.
- Must have experience managing budget/cost of the project and projecting monthly forecasts.
- Ability to manage multiple high visibility projects simultaneously.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with internal resources and external vendors.
- Must have good experience identifying and managing risks.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
