SR PROJECT MANAGER (FINTECH WEALTH MANAGEMENT)

We're looking for a project manager to join our ranks. As we expand our innovative Advisor Technology Solutions team, this role will be essential to the success of our technology platform. Acting as the primary liaison between our internal core product teams and technology partners, you will coordinate, facilitate, and execute project objectives while ensuring alignment with our technology roadmap. You will have dynamic opportunities to collaborate with key internal stakeholders and take on a lead project management role, helping to drive a timely and efficient workflow from project inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

" Establishing communications between project stakeholders to ensure timely decision-making and transparency

" Cultivating strong relationships with technology partners to oversee and coordinate incident responses, service, operational tasks, and milestones

" Communicating project timelines and dependency changes

" Delivering project and work statuses, issues, and risks, as well as recommending improvements to stakeholders and leadership

" Securing project task ownership and ensuring that stakeholders can execute on action items

" Tracking data and key project performance indicators, identifying trends, and ensuring that projects and programs align with firm priorities

" Working with the program manager within the Advisor Technology Solutions team to establish consistent processes, policies, and tracking for all service, operational, and project platform tasks

" Leading new processes to improve quality and on-time delivery as necessary

" Ability to communicate successfully with business subject matter experts, technology partners and home office staff frequently both over the phone and in-person

" Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills

" Bachelor's degree related to information technology

" 3+ years of experience coordinating and supporting IT processes and projects

" Financial or similar industry experience

" Knowledge of incident management and program tracking software such as ServiceNow and Jira a plus
