What You Will Be Doing
The Project Manager, in partnership with the Superintendent, is responsible for the overall success of a construction project
This position is responsible for providing exceptional client service, leading a project team, and providing management of project budget, schedule, and quality
Additionally, the Project Manager oversees contractual requirements and documentation
Project Managers help lead the way in providing a good experience for everyone involved, including subcontractors and owners.
What You Need for this Position
A diverse project list that includes both commercial and industrial projects
No project list = Not hired
Strong understanding of building systems
7-10 years experience in commercial construction
Degree in Construction Management
Solid acumen for ProCore, Primavera, Bluebeam and MS Office
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and subcontractors
