Role can be remote anywhere in the U.S.
Position Summary The Senior Programmer Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day support of IT issues related to applications as well as developing ad-hoc reports and other custom solutions as required
This position will also be key in moving Enterprise forward to help incorporate new technologies such as AI and SharePoint
Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement software solutions based on requirements and challenges faced by the enterprise
- Get up to speed quickly on legacy applications to provide support
- Lead or support initiatives to incorporate new IT solutions into the enterprise such as SharePoint, AI, and new software integrations
- Coordinate with all departments and companies within the Enterprise to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business strategy
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project scope
- Lead project meetings and set expectations for project team concerning scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Provide mentoring, coaching, and educational opportunities to less experienced colleagues
- Field management software development, transition, implementation and support
- Assist with unification of inventory management systems among installation companies
- Dashboard software selection, development and implementation
- Learning management platform software selection, development and implementation
Requirements - Self-Motivated Team Player
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a programmer analyst or in a similar role
- Strong experience with at least one programming language (e.g., VB.Net, C )
- Solid understanding of database management and operating systems
- Any Project Management experience would be a plus
