As Sr. PMT, Key value Items you are responsible for re-imaging how we work with customers and suppliers to understand customer demand, ingest those signals to drive forecasting/procurement, safety stock, pricing, and other key flywheel inputs. The products you create will serve customers of all sizes and across industries and support customers buying in bulk (from pallet to truckload quantities), a completely new space for Amazon.

The scope includes working with technical, product, program and business development teams' located across multiple locations in the North America, Europe, and Asia. You should be comfortable dealing with ambiguity: we require a strong leader that brings structure and strategic direction to a novel, challenging space.

You will use a combination of outstanding thought leadership, analytical skills, cross-functional partnership, business judgment, and strategic thinking to innovate on behalf of our AB customers and suppliers. You will thrive working with cutting-edge technology and be able to build an understanding of customer and suppliers and their needs to scale products globally. You should be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity that's higher than most projects and relish the idea of solving multi-team, complex problems. You will tackle novel, challenging situations every day and you'll have the opportunity to work with multiple product and technical teams at Amazon.

The candidate should have demonstrated experience in building and managing teams and large groups of stakeholders. They should also feel comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working in a very entrepreneurial environment. Effective verbal and written communication is key to be able to provide guidance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
